Families First is hiring a full-time Information Management Specialist. 

As Information Management Specialist, the main focus of the job is timely and accurate management of electronic health records, the ability to mine data from same, and the analysis of data. Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing grant and funding activity which includes organizing and maintaining information, securing attachments and letters of support for grant proposals, and posting proposals.

The Specialist is responsible for communicating with staff, acting as an intermediary between IT and clinical staff, generating and extracting reports as well as securing information for accreditation.

The Specialist is responsible to know system details pertaining to Service Program data, where it resides and how it is used. The Specialist is the "go to" person for day-to-day operation and use of system information and data.

Qualifications: Previous experience and technical expertise with database management, SQL is required. Crystal reporting experience is preferred but not required.  Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred. Must have strong experience of how, when, and where data is used in work processes and systems. Must be able to multi-task, make decisions independently, troubleshoot and solve problems effectively, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
